Setup
- Players stand 15–20 feet apart.
- Helper watches the finish more than the result of the throw.
- Normal partner throws work great for this one.
How it works
- The player makes a normal throw.
- After the throw, the helper checks where her throwing hand finishes.
- The hand should continue across her body and finish low — near her opposite hip or knee.
- Repeat for several throws.
- If needed, slow it down and exaggerate the finish — make it a little silly.
Watch for
- Throwing hand finishes across the body.
- She doesn’t stop the arm right after letting go.
- Body continues forward instead of pulling away.
- The finish looks smooth, not stiff.
What to say
Finish the throw.
Let your arm come all the way through.
Reach across and down.
Yes — don’t stop early, that felt great!
